Over the last decade I have worked with over 5 different therapists and Ena Pena has been the best in terms of flexibility, willingness to listen and willingness to try new techniques. Ena is more than willing to meet clients where they are at and work collectively to achieve personalized goals. Since I started seeing her in 2018 we have used grief therapy methods, cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, EMDR Therapy (most life-changing for me), visualization therapy and even a bit of couple's therapy.
