Valerie Elsbree is an extraordinary therapist. She is caring, a fantastic listener, and she says what needs to be said… but in a way that is compassionate, tolerable, kind and understanding. She doesn’t just listen… We really talk… She asks probing questions...She makes suggestions… She helps me understand the “why’s” and always moves me in the right direction!

I have known Valarie for a good number of years and I believe she is a good listener as well as a very caring person. She is passionate about what she does and I know she feels real emotions about her clients. I cant imagine talking that baggage home with me everyday. Valarie has helped me reason with my own self about issues I have had involving my business, my love life and family life. Sometimes its not easy hearing uncomfortable things about yourself, but if you can get past it, she knows what she is talking about. Trust the process.

Val was a life saver for me. I had been to different therapists throughout my life but Val was the first one who actually gave me homework and tools on how to deal with things. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. If you really want to work on your issues then go to Val. If you aren't ready to do the work go to someone else! Happy healing!
