I had a great stay at this location. It was very homey & had room for everyone. It was also stocked with tons of cookware & especially towels. not forgetting that we were able to wash our clothes during our stay. It was very clean & everything was easily accessible. will definitely rent again!!!!

My stay was beyond all expectations! The house is extremely clean, the interior is stylish and modern. The outside area near the pool is fresh and green. Every single detail is thought through thoroughly. It is a mixture of 5-star hotel comfort with home coziness and privacy. Nicholette does an outstanding job!

Speaking as a neighbor to an AirBNB property managed by Nicholette and her BNR team hereNicholette has always been incredibly responsive and respectful of the neighbors for the properties she manages. The house is always well maintained and the landscaping is kept in good order. On the rare occasion when there has been a challenging tenant, BNR is always on standby if there is any issue, regardless of what time it is and takes immediate actions to resolve things, leveraging technology to move as fast as possible but also willing to show up in person if warranted to make sure things are super smooth. While I do not currently on any rental properties, if I ever decided to invest that way, Nicholette would be the first person I call to hire to manage the property. Witnessing the consistent dedication to the properties BNR manages and the strong communication skills first hand makes it a no brainer! Id whole heartily recommend BNR to manage your rental properties.
