S.N.S Property Management

I live in one of your properties in Jacksonville FL. When dealing with trying to get your management here to fix an issue I decided I'd try and go directly to corporate. The phone number given on Google is disconnected. So I called my complex back and asked for corporate's number. It was like pulling teeth to get them to give me the number. I was transferred to management because I would not give them my name or what unit I'm in. They don't need to know that. I could be a prospective tenant for all they knew. Management finally gave me the number but she was very angry that I stood my ground. The number she gave me was the same number on Google. I told her it was disconnected. She did not back down, that is the number. So how do your own people get ahold of you because we all know that they do. So is it just your own residents that can't get a hold of you? Sketch. Very sketch. That's all I can say.

Honestly Im extremely mad. I have a 2 year old. We have lived here for 4 years. I feel as if I dont need to say much. These pictures do their self justice. My son is in the ER weekly. Has bunch of health problems due to this complex. Im not rich and cant afford to move in the snap of a finger. So I included pics of mold from our entire stay. They offered to transfer us at no charge, and guess what.. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!
