      image Cheaper than most other property management companies. Go with them if you want to wait over a year to get a work order complete for your property. You get what you pay for, so don't expect much.

      Hello, our sincerely apologies about your experience. - Work orders go through a process to protect the owners. Proposals, Bids, Approvals, Meetings, etc. - This process takes the appropriate amount of time to make sure we get the best price for the job, and then it goes for board approval.- Unfortunately good quality and thorough work cannot be rushed. We are always happy to help, please submit any tickets or concerns you may have on the website ticketing system.

      image Wish I could give a lower rating. They are quick to issue communication when they need something but slow to respond when you reach out. The HOA fees have made a dramatic leap in the last couple of years and the board doesn't care about the financial implications it has on the residents as if it's the only bill we have. I feel like something isn't right with this company, they need new leadership.

      Hello Anastasia, Our sincerely apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.1- We are not the Board of Directors. Are solely the management company. 2- We do not increase the fees, a budget is proposed to cover the expenses of your community. This is voted on, and not by the management company. Management company does not get a vote. 3- Inflation causes prices to increase. This increases cost to maintain your community. This might be the reason why you see higher fees.4- You are provided with audit-proof and 100% transparency of all financials of your community. Please log into your online portal and take a look at the association dues and where they have been allocated to. Every penny is accounted for, and audited by a 3rd party.5- We have a ticketing system on the website where all owners submit requests on, and our system shows response time in the ticketing system under 24 hours. We don't see any delays on the response time.

      image Coral ridge east condos is run like a prison. If you think about renting there dont its like Halloween everyday. The president and the board have no idea how to treat tenants. Also the VP of the board is a stalker he lives in apt 108. This place is a nightmare. Stay away!

      It should be understood that as managers we work at the pleasure of the board of directors through the appointed officers and have no control over the board members or officers. Our job is to implement the decisions or the board, while we can and do advise board on operations in the end the board has the final say and we work at the pleasure of the board of directors. Your comments here will not affect as the board works at the pleasure of the owners and is subject to annual election by the owners. If you are happy with the board and officers, we would suggest if you are an owner that you consider running for the board which will give you an opportunity to participate in the decision making process, and selection of officers.
