Visiting from out of town and family was determined to share Umberto's with us, and I am SO GLAD they did! If you go, grandma's special pizza is the only food you need to order. We added sausage, and it was sublime. It had a floppy crust with a crispy edge. How? I'll never know, but I honestly don't care. It was delicious. It rivals all other pizza we've had across the country, and we've had a lot... Will definitely be back. Also pictured: lasagna, veal parmigiana, tricolore pizza x2

Signora Scapicchio we state on the menu' our pizza are cooked on the well done side. You could have ordered it to your likings. You ate half of the pizza and you asked for a free pizza to go home. If you had only one slice we could have made you a fresh one right away. If you do not like something you stop at first bite or first slice. You also took the rest of the pizza home witch it means you intended to finish it later. The manager was doing her job. Not getting what you want doesnt mean she was rude. She was enforcing a silly rule we have: YOU EAT YOU PAY. Signora Scapicchio le auguro comunque una buona giornata serena.
