Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Unwilling to do the bare minimum to help even after providing clear instructions and going above and beyond to make it easy for them. They are careless, dismissive and arrogant. The pharmacist should tone down the attitude. She made me extremely frustrated. I ended up getting a new prescription which was sent to Publix and they had 0 issues processing it. Dont waste your time and energy here.

Slow. Only 1 lane was available when I went to pick up my daughter's prescription. The other lane was open only for drop-off, so I was forced to wait unnecessarily. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time.
