Lawlor, White & Murphey

A few weeks ago i consulted with 2 attorneys regarding a potential malpractice case. After sending the requested docs to their email, days went by and i didnt hear from them. I have tried calling thier office several times and relayed messages through their secretary without receiving a response. It concerns me that none of the attorneys will return my email or calls and makes me wonder what my experience would be like had i actually hired this firm. I was interested in this law firm's service because of its reviews but I called another another firm and immediately spoke with someone. I understand Lawyers are busy and decisive of which cases they accept, but at least contact the prospect to let them know you are declining the case instead of having the prospect wait ,wonder , and waste the prospect's time. Very unprofessional.
