Ive had the best orthodontics experience with Dr. Benedetti & her staff . From beginning to end its been 1st class!!! I chose full top & bottom braces , they were off ahead of schedule in 1 year exactly & my teeth look amazing , better than I ever hoped for!! Experience , knowledge , cleanness all that you want is what you get!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I just called to get information on a consultation about braces and the lady Michelle was so rude when I was trying to explain my situation. She may not have understood what I was explaining but her tone of voice speaking to me was unacceptable and because of that I wouldnt think about calling to speak to someone else. Michelle was rude and needs to work on her customer service and how she speaks to people.

It was my first time here and I was honestly amazed at how nice and clean the place was. Staff was so nice and knowledgeable and greeted me with a smile. The entire process was nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend this place.

My great experience with Dr. Benedetti began in 2021 when my two children started orthodontic treatment with her. It was the best place I've seen in terms of service, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. When I talk about service, it's about the care and attention they provide. My children always felt comfortable and confident, meaning they were very attentive. We moved from Miami to Tampa when we were halfway through the treatment. We were sad because we couldn't continue with her and her team anymore. We went to a place within the same structure where Benedetti's unit is located. Upon arrival, there were many compliments on how well the children's teeth were for the continuation of the treatment. I leave here my immense gratitude. It is and always will be a reference for me. The only complicated part is that I haven't fully trusted another place like them yet! Thank you for everything and for the results you provided for my children's teeth!! Rosana Nahas
