Totally unprofessional. I had a 8:45 AM appointment today. I patiently waited and as I am now approaching a one hour wait time I notice the Dr. hadnt not arrived. When I go to the nurses desk to find out how much longer the wait would be, they tell me the doctor just delivered a baby. One of the nurses gasped as if she forgot I was in the room waiting. I ended up leaving to reschedule at the location on commercial which Ive never had issues with. Completely unprofessional. I took off work for this appointment. They need to be better with communicating with their patients. If they let me know the doctor was in delivery I could have rescheduled. Next time give your patients the option.

Only 1 way to discribe the staff and it rhymes with ditto. Horrible receptionists. Wait time entirely too long. Would not recommend

Made an appointment for a specific service and was told over the phone I could come in and get it done. Came in on my appointment date and they said the person that performs the specific service doesn't work on that day... I make another appointment, for this specific location because it's closer to me. Came in and was told they made it for the other location... they even asked if I wanted to drive over there for it which is maybe a 20-30 minute drive with my appointment starting in less than ten minutes. The receptionists are horrible, doctors are nothing to write home about, and definitely got a bill just to have a small conversation with the doctor about how they couldn't help me (I wanted an ultra sound to check my IUD, or at least a test for a UTI).

An Unexpected Find! The Exceptional Care at OBGYN by the Sea The prospect of finding a new OB-GYN can be daunting, especially when one is moving on from a life-long provider. That was the predicament I found myself in with the retirement of my beloved OB-GYN, Dr. Spencer Kellogg, and the disappointing experience that followed at another local practice, Serene Health. Little did I know, this journey would lead me to OBGYN by the Sea, a place I'd soon call my medical home. Upon my arrival at OBGYN by the Sea, I was greeted by warm smiles and welcoming words. The office staff was delightful, kind, and immediately put me at ease. Although initially I was disheartened when told that the recommended Dr. Fahey was unavailable, I reluctantly booked an appointment with Dr. Channing Coe, the only available doctor. I walked into Dr. Coe's room with a sense of trepidation, but it vanished almost immediately when I was given the opportunity to meet him fully clothed, a gesture that meant a great deal. As many women understand, our annual exams can feel invasive and are often uncomfortable, especially when we're in the company of a new doctor. However, Dr. Coe's approach was thoughtful, considerate, and reassuring. From the moment Dr. Coe walked into the room, he exuded a level of warmth, understanding, and professionalism that I hadn't experienced in a long while. He took the time to get to know me, my history, and my concerns, not only as a patient but as a human being. His empathy, interest, and attentiveness echoed the familiar bedside manner of my cherished Dr. Kellogg. Throughout our conversation, Dr. Coe proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He thoughtfully discussed age-related health concerns and preventative measures, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable. His infectious smile and genuine care filled the room, bringing a comforting similarity to my previous OB's practice. Not only was Dr. Coe exceptional, but his medical staff mirrored his level of care and professionalism. The team at OBGYN by the Sea made me feel taken care of from the moment I entered until I left. My experience with Dr. Coe was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stressful period of transition. His unique blend of compassion, professionalism, and dedication has not only made me a lifelong patient, but a passionate advocate, hence my desire to provide an honest and lengthy review. If you're in Broward and looking for an OB-GYN who takes an invested interest in your wellbeing, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Channing Coe at OBGYN by the Sea. His outstanding care has set a new standard for what patients should expect from their physicians.
