        They are too comfortable stealing 350 dollars. I booked service within 24 hours and cancelled 10 hours later and they are still taking my money. They have a policy in place with regards to cancellations made within 24 hours od service. bUT they have no protocol for a reservation made within 24 hours of service and canceled within that same 24 hours. But still, they feel totally comfortable stealing $350 for a service they did not provide. My viewpoint is if you have a policy, then OK if you don't have a policy to govern the situation then don't take customer money. $158 for 50 minute massage is double the price of what they charge at the best massage places in New York so that says a lot as well.

        Was here in Fort Lauderdale for a weekend and decided to get a massage.Westin was beautiful. Facility was clean and well taken care of. Xinia was ahhhhhhhmazing. She listens and aims to please. Yes I fell asleep under her hands. I got the 100 min massage with happy feet add on. I was in heaven!!!!! Book Xinia. She is worth every penny!!!

        I had a disappointing experience at Heavenly Spa that I need to share. Initially, the booking process seemed smooth and the prices fair. But upon arrival, things deteriorated. The staff member, Enrique, was unhelpful and unaccommodating, contradicting the spa's serene name. My requests were consistently denied, as if customer service was an unknown concept to him. Moreover, at checkout, I was surprised by a $30 increase from the originally quoted price, showing a lack of transparency and professionalism. Unfortunately, my visit to Heavenly Spa was far from relaxing, marred by poor service and unexpected fees, leaving me more stressed than rejuvenated. It's unfortunate that such a promising place failed to meet basic customer service and honesty standards.

      Hello, we do in fact have a policy which requires 24 hours advance notice for all appointment changes and cancellations which means if you reserve less than 24 hours including same day, it is non-cancellable. This is listed on our website, as well as the email confirmation you received, and it was listed on the confirmation screen when you provided your credit card to reserve the reservation online. If you had reserved by phone or in person, this would have also been communicated by our staff. We do not take joy in charging guests for services not received. However, we do uphold our policy as we are an appointment based business. It is no different than policies with many other travel industries such as flights or hotel rooms. If someone cancels last minute, not only does the business lose the opportunity to fill the time with another guest, but the associate reserved for your service is not paid, as they are paid by the service. I do hope you can understand and appreciate that we must protect the income of our associates. In regards to pricing, it is up to each guest to determine what spa is right for their budget. We participate in annual analysis of market rates and while these may be different where you live, we are competitive for Fort Lauderdale Beach, and certainly not the most expensive.

      Hello Gabrielle, I apologize you did not feel we were accommodating to your needs. I see that we made an exception and offered a spa pass and included gym access (something we don't typically offer on weekends due to business volume) for a third guest that was not able to get a pedicure with you and your other friend due to lack of availability. If there are other requests you feel were denied, feel free to email to pass along further detail so I can address as needed. In regards to the service price, I apologize if there was confusion or misunderstanding. We sent an email itinerary to you the day prior to service when the appointments were first made, which listed the price of the pedicures. The prices you mentioned at checkout are not offered for any of our nail services so we were not able to change the rate. Thank you for the feedback.
