Jason Hendrix is a GREAT AMBASSADOR for MoO and an excellent Loan Originator. He was ever vigilant in helping me to get what I information I needed back to loan processing and made the entire Loan and Finance activity a smooth and transparent experience. Jason was honest and demonstrated great integrity in all his dealings with me from retrieving all my credit info to my appraisal and to the closing of my loan. If I could rate Jason 20 stars, I would. If he could be cloned and help all people applying for refinancing loans, I think the world would be a better place based on his honesty, sterling integrity, and thoroughness. This was not my first Mortgage rodeo. I am 74 yrs old and have had much experience with homes and mortgages and he made it the easiest with his quick responses to questions and extensive knowledge of the business.. He was the best Mortgage person I have ever had in the 50 yrs and 8 or so other mortgages I have lived through. He was always kind and respectful and I could count on him to do what he said he would do. I am bed-bound and only in my wheelchair for a couple days a week, plus I got COVID in January and he was able to help me push through all of that to get the money I need to get my home updated. THANK YOU, JASON!!! Thank you Mutual of Omaha for having such an exemplary employee in your company.
