Thibaud is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. Super responsive and knows how to best guide you towards your goals. It was our first time buying a property (and starting investment portfolio) and were looking forward to working with him more in the future! Definitely recommend to all of my friends.

Thibaud took care of a transaction for me and it was awesome. Communication was on point and he everything went smoothly. The recommendations he made for things that I needed in the area were spot on and I will definitely be using him in the future for more properties.

Thibaud is incredible. I actually found him adveritsing some short term rentals on a Facebook group so I reached out. I told him I wanted to purchase an investment property in Naples, Fl (which is not even his area). Thibaud drove to Naples, met the builder, met the contractor and worked out the entire deal for me remotely. He did video walk thrus, photos, and follow ups thru the entire build process. I will literally use him for any home I buy in Florida now. He deserves it and more. I am currently using him to sell a property for me in Florida now after the amazing job he did on my investment purchase.
