If I had to describe Brioncka as a realtor in one word it would be: Amazing! My husband and I were first time homebuyers with minimum down payment looking to purchase our first home. We first worked with a realtor who not inly made us feel inferior for not purchasing a million dollar home, but also they made us feel hopeless as if the market had nothing to offer us. My husband met Brioncka at a meeting through the Chamber of Coral Springs and he had nothing but amazing things to say about her. Upon my first conversation with Brioncka, we bonded so quickly that I instantly knew that she was the realtor for our family. Her level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism is unbeatable. She is so friendly, honest and very aggressive when it comes to negotiating to get the best deal! Brioncka is who you need not want but NEED!! I'm a first time homeowner and I surely didn't know what to expect. I was educated, guided, cared for, felt compassion and understanding during this entire process. She is the real deal, she fought for me and held my hand all the way till the end and then some. I was able to walk away with money in my pocket and the keys to my very first home. I will recommend her to anyone asking, 10/10 recommend. Brioncka will forever be a part of my life because of how professional she handled my very exhausting process. She did it with grace and a smile on her face. She's my forever realtor and friend. Amazing is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Ms Russell. But passionate, persistent, dedicated, personable, reliable, and generous are other adjectives that describe her just as well. Ms Russell approached me some 3 to 4 years ago, with a proposal to sell one of my properties. I turned her offer down, somewhat unceremoniously. She did not take offense or react negatively to my rejection of her offer. Instead, she is graciously thanked me. Over the next few years she would call me from time to time to say hi and wish me well in my recovery. So impressed I was that when I was ready to sell I didn't think twice about giving her the listing. She did a remarkable job in making the unit show ready that we got an offer the first few days and closed without a hitch, and on time. P.S: I got more than my money's worth from hiring Ms Russell.
