I cannot say enough good things about Darren. My transaction was long distance, and he literally was my eyes there! He was knowledgeable, patient, proactive and he put time to understand what I needed and to make sure it was met. He went above and beyond to make sure I get all the information from the properties while hunting. He was sharp when it came to the negotiations, and he follow thru with everything and everyone thru out the entire escrow process to ensure things were handled correctly and on a timely manner. I felt blessed to have had him as my agent. I highly recommend him not only for the above reasons, but he also understand the local market, has great connections (his insurance contact was the best rate I could get by far!) and great work ethics.
