Joan hits A+ in every category. Shes professional. She was well-prepared. She really listened and understood our necessities and preferences. She was warm and welcoming, and also was our advocate and straight-shooter. She helped us during the height of the 2021 spring housing craze, and I would go with her again in a heartbeat. She was excellent in person for our visit to tour the area, as well as trustworthy to *zoom tour* with from the opposite US coast.
