I tried to order for pickup via the website. It loaded so slowly every time I entered information that it took 10 minutes to enter an order. Then it rejected all my credit cards (I have 800+ credit). I phoned to order and was told they wont take a phone order. Lousy customer service and one less customer!

The food literally took almost a hour came cold and soggy it's teens in there they don't care wouldn't recommend.

Updated!! New: I use to like coming here and now I dont! I ordered a curbside pick up and waited awhile which was okay because I figured the staff had customers. The girl with long braids to her waist approached my car with unfriendly attitude. I told her my order and she went back in. She came back out and said next time you will have to go through the drive thru and I told her I chose curbside because that was an option on the app. She proceeded to say to me well next time you will have to go through the drive through. Like really? The options are on the app for a reason! If she was having a bad day then its not my fault I am the customer! The food is also not the same! I use to really love this place! Old: Customer service is excellent! The subs, fries, and milkshakes are so good. The bread they use for the subs is so soft and wont break your teeth when you take a bite lol. This is my second time eating here and will definitely be back again! Highly recommend!

This place just turned from good to awefull. You now get half the amount of beef that you used to. I would get a large Philly steak. Today the steak amount was cut in half. However, I did I pull right up to the window to pay and right after paying they handed me my aweful Philly steak. I should have known somthing was up. Out of the 20x's I gone that never happens. I used to really enjoy going bi weekly. But now I have to stop..
