Worst food Ive had in a long time. Like actually horrible. I was really hungry and didnt even finish it because it was so bad. Chicken was hard as a rock and fries were pretty much mash potatoes.

Cheap but horrible quality. Now I understand why they didnt just make this Smokey bones, you get your food from the Smokey bones restaurant, it seems they just launched this brand for online orders. So now they can provide even worse quality food than a chain restaurant but not take a hit damaging the national brand that they probably just franchise. Just my suspicion but the food is trash. Also no one even acknowledges your presence when you go to get the order. Ill add my food was cold and I picked it up 10 minutes after I ordered it which is kind of hard to believe that they cooked it. It tastes like they reheated something thats been sitting out all day.
