Absolutely recommend Christal from Deep Roots for acupuncture and herbal healing. I found them through an event posted on Eventbrite but ended up coming in for a 15 min consultation for acupuncture and herbal supplement recommendations. I was looking for support with my fibroadenoma's in 2018. I had a lot of tiny cysts, inflammation, and pain during that time. My doctor said they didn't recommend surgery just yet and to just take iboprofen for the pain but I was searching for alternative methods and found Deep Roots as an option. They were upfront with not sure about being able to help me with my specific issue but overall I knew I wanted to try acupuncture and reduce pain/ inflammation and I did. Acupuncture really helped me reduce my inflammation and paid along with working on my diet and herbal supplements Christal recommended. There were some supplement types that didn't work for me like the tinctures really bothered my stomach so I switched to tea's which was a better change. I loved that Christal was really supportive during the entire process on what my need's were. I eventually stopped going due to expenses at the time and being a college student but I highly recommend Christal and her team all of my friends. I love hearing their successes regarding women's health issues. I still use many of the herbs and tea's she recommended 6 years later and it helped me really see the power of herbal supplements in my body.

I was referred to Deep Roots Family and have been going for over a yearand it's honestly the best referral I've received. I have been so impressed with the experience. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. I have been going regularly for fertility and acupuncture.
Christal is incredibly skilled and professional. She took the time to understand my needs and customize the sessions to my specific preferences. I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
I also received prenatal massage and it was so amazing.They offer a variety of other services that I look forward to trying. I would highly recommend Deep Roots Family Wellness to anyone looking for a holistic approach to wellness.

The staff are kind, knowledgeable and educational when you have a question. I've used multiple services that they offer. Across the board I have found a desire by all the staff to provide a service that sees me healed, whole and equiped beyond the treatments I receive in a way that doesn't create dependency on them to remain well, but rather leads to further healing in other areas of my life. I believe you will find the same outcome should you visit them. I am very grateful for the staff there and would highly recommend their services!
