I have been coming to this place for almost 4 years now, 1 just realized that and I'm laughing at myself. My tattoo is still there and a lot. Every time I come is a different technician and every one of them say a different thing, one said I need only scar laser and the other one say the tint laser. They don't have an answer about why is taking years to get at least most of the tattoo away. They only want to do like 3-4 sessions a year, I don't know if is to save electricity or what, I don't trust them. The worst thing I did was bought an unlimited plan for almost 3k and I can't get any of my money back to go to another place better. They also charge me $100 for one time being late 15min and won't treat me until I pay. This is the first place have done something like that to me, and $100 is too much for a late fee. But then I come today and drove 30min and they told me the machine is not working and they won't charge me anything for them not be able to do anything, are you for real?! They should pay me $100 for making me missed things I have to do and drove 30min. She told me she called me, I check my phone and she called 1 min ago, while I was already at their door, they couldn't call me the day before or early? I hate this place, I hardly leave reviews because I don't like to waste time but I recommend you never come to this place and waste your money here. You will be very disappointed. I have been for the past 4 years. I think is time to forget about the money and move to a better place.

I really prefer this location because of convenience and my appointments have always been on time. Ive been coming to body details for years for various laser treatments. I highly recommend to anyone wanting hair or tattoo removal.
