I have been doing this Cardio Kickboxing class for almost 5 years now and I absolutely love it! I love how it is broken up into different segments. Each one really gets your heart rate up and works the entire body. Steve is a wonderful and encouraging trainer! As always he keeps it fun and interesting. It's a full body workout and gets the job done. If your looking for a total body workout this is for you! It's so very well worth it.The best part about it is that it is fun. Thanks Steve you've really help me get my body into shape!

Esteban (Steve) makes you feel right at home with his easy going personality and sincere ways but do not mistake that for his kick-butt workout routines! He takes pride in challenging every level and will modify the workout to suit your needs, while pushing you to do your personal best. His motivational skills along with his positive outlook at life is what keeps me going back for more body fat blasting kickboxing, circuit training & even tips on self defense! This class is mainly for women but we have seen a few guys come in and try it out. The music is always on point to the routines with a nice variety of oldies, today and some spicy Latin music, of course! Each class ends with a few minutes of meditation, self-awareness and self-praise. The classroom is spacious, comfortable and they are always making improvements. This is a family friendly place that I truly enjoy going to for over the past 10 years and will look forward to many more. My only complaint is that once you try it you will be hooked ;) so consider yourself warned!
