Bentley's 1900 Jewelers

My experience with Bentleys Jewelers, Hugo R. Villalta he is a liar and a thief and extra rude. Stay away from this business! My opinion coincides with other customers who have been misfortunate in having anything to do with this business. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I had jewelry on consignment with Bentley Jewelers when the business closed. When it re-opened, I inquired about the jewelry but only received abuse, as if it was my fault and I should have sympathy with the problems of the new management. In subsequent contact, twice, I have received nothing but lies and more verbal abuse. I have lost $600 and the jewelry. receipt attached. I advise everyone to AVOID THIS BUSINESS like the plague as it will bring you only anger, frustration, problems and most likely monetary loss and hardship.

Had two watches worked on by Hugo. My Movado needed a battery replacement and a Seiko needed to have some links removed and sized. Turns out the Seiko uses pins and what they call pipes. Tried to do it myself but did not have the proper tool or expertise to work with the pipe. Leave it to a professional! Thank you Hugo for the timely and professional service! Very satisfied!

I saw a Seiko green watch which he said was a collector that was made for the Olympics I put down 200.00 and came back for a total of 975.00 I got burned big time he is a crook after that I went back and he said don't put the battery in the value will go down after I put the battery in the alarm didn't stop I had to take it to sears to disconnect it that's what happened when you buy as is from him

Great local jewelry store. Hugo repaired my chain quickly at a fair price with great workmanship. He has beautiful fine jewelry for sale. Quality pieces unique in design you won't find in franchise stores. I will definitely be back. Small store next to Yellow Strawberry that's easy to miss but worth the visit.
