        We couldn't be more impressed with Ian Harris and his staff at Allstate. We had been shopping around for a better rate on our condo homeowners ins., as our premium had risen too much, and we hoped also to bundle it with auto insurance for added savings, but were so far unsatisfied with other carriers. Ian was able to arrange exactly what we needed in a home-auto bundle, and at excellent savings! What a relief! He is super to work with, and he left no stone unturned in paring down our costs. So important too was being able to do business the old-fashioned way -- in person (masked of course), so my husband and I and Ian could hash out all the details face to face -- so much easier than the impersonal online or by-phone process many use now. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Really wonderful service all around. Thank you so much!
