I had absolutely no idea where to start when trying to get property insurance for my new condo, which I just purchased. Everyone that I talked to at IOA helped me to navigate which options are best for me, and spent time to make sure that I was comfortable with the policy I chose, and that I understood everything about the policy that I got.
This company offers a ton of different insurance types, so I'll definately be back for different needs in the future. Super professional, and dedicated to educating the customers.

I had my daughter with me running errands which is always a hard thing to manage and I had to get a new vehicle insurance policy. The agent that I went through helped me to get a good policy at a great price and was super professional, nice, and understood that I needed to get in and out quickly.
I've been driving forever and have had different policies from different agencies and I always felt like I was never quite sure about what I was actually paying for. The agent at IOA provided me with all of the information that I actually needed without bogging me down with extra stuff.
