Horrific claim management Horrific response times Consistent arguments against me (their customer) vs support when needed in a time of crisis. When our place caught on fire, I felt as if they went on the immediate defense and no support. Couldnt possibly recommend and will share my negative experience with everyone I know and everyone I meet regarding insurance companies. Just a horrible experience

This is the worst agency I ever belonged to ( I got signed to them without having given a choice ).The answering machine keeps you in a loop for ever - when you finally make it to the point where you can leave a message there is a 90% bet that nobody will call you back. I am running for my declaration page for 6 days after having made my payment. Nothing. No answer. Finally called Allstate Flood headquaters - declaration page was emailed to me in 2 minutes. Just imagine I have a real urgent case by being flooded..and NOBODY picks up the phone to help me..

I am new in area and I spoke with Dane from Allstate and he was amazing. He explained everything clearly and didn't get agitated with all my questions. He was well knowledgeable and friendly. I went with this company not because it was one of the cheaper ones but also because of the customer service. Thanks again Dane. I hope to be a long time customer.
