Excellent staff, efficient, friendly and goes above and beyond, meeting and exceeding expectations. Dr Renae and Hanna, the other physician, are tops in expertise and the level of care they provide to their patients. Easy to communicate with and always accessable if questions arise between visits.

The small waiting room looked busy so when I arrived I asked if the appointments were running on time. The receptionist said they were. Over an hour later I was taken to the exam room where I left after 45 minutes and requested my co-pay back. They said the amount would be put back on my card with no apology for wasting 1 hours of my time. Theres no saying how much longer I would have been sitting there. I think they were just relieved that I eased the congestion, however physicians are strict that patients show up on time; I think a call from the receptionist giving me a heads up that I didnt need to come into the office for another 2 hours would have been appropriate. This appointment would have been as a new patient.

Dr. Renae and staff were amazing from start to finish. I feel that I am in good hands. VERY Thankful! Dr. Renae took a lot of time and wanted all the details.
