We stayed at this hotel several years ago. Everything was great, except the cleanliness of the beach. I see this has not improved, although they have a lot of staff tending the beach, there are (mostly plastic) debris everywhere. This is also the fault of some guests, as they leave trash on the beach, including glass bottles (we found bottles of beer). I hope management reads these reviews and staff, instead of raking the sand for hours to level it where the games are, cleans up the beach and maintains it clean for the guests and people walking by.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Its a shame it requires pulling teeth to get a simple request done. We initially opted out of room cleaning. After night one we requested to be opted back in. No one could help because the cleaning team has gone for the day. Understandable. They brought towels to the room and said the following day it would be resolved. It was not. We called multiple times, sent messages via the hotel chat, stopped by the front desk TWICE and came back to call again to request a manager. NOBODY came to clean the room, nobody has called to follow up or provide assistance to resolve the problem. This is a prime example of how it doesnt matter how beautiful the property is if the customer service is subpar. It truly ruins the experience for the guest. Maybe sometimes between now and wed well have our room cleaned. Im pretty sure by now the cleaning team has gone for the day

Check in 4 pm and out 11 am not ideal for layover flights . I find the check in way too late . But if youre staying for a week or more on vacation that could be marginal .

After our cruise, we stopped there for the Sunday brunch which is amazing!!
