The hotel offers top-notch service, with friendly staff from the valet to the restaurant and guest services. The pool area is pleasant and the gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines for different exercises. My room had a fantastic view, was spotlessly clean, and featured modern and stylish decor. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Very mixed feelings. The property itself was well designed and I appreciated the mid-century nod. The rooms are oddly showing their age despite not being that old. There is no excuse when paying in excess of $500 a night for bad spackle, dirty grout, or glaring paint problems. The blinds in my room were impossible to operate and the lack of any real connectivity of the lights despite an odd iPad in the room is just silly. Its also well-known that Marriott rarely upgrades anyone, and I've learned not to expect it, but the fact that the last three times I checked into a Marriott property someone congratulated me on an upgraded room I paid for feels like a weird grift. I paid for that room tier, no need to congratulate me as if I got something I didn't pay for. The staff are all wonderful, though I did have to ask to have my room serviced three times, and said service never came. They did give me some Bonvoy points to say "sorry", so the cycle will continue. Sigh.
