OmG!!!!! Im smiling while typing this But Next Level Recovery home is definitely a Stay and memory for the books. Norna and LoLo are the two BESTTTT women/human beings/Caretakers In the world. Immediately when I spoke to them over the phone I knew thats the RH for me.. The house itself is very nice and clean. Norna and LOLO immediately make you feel comfortable and at home. The Vibe, the FOOD, and atmosphere there was EVERYTHING.!! I literally was in the Best Care outside of my grandma with LOLO and Norna. Im very glad I chose Next level(fool proof). I had a support person with me and he was just as comfortable as me. I hated to leave them but my recovery there was done. But Ill definitely go back for even just a visit. ITS NEXT LEVEL RECOVERY HOUSE for me.!!! I promise you its WORTH your time and Money.

My fianc arrived on Monday February 28, 2023. After she arrived and got into her room she found no dressers in the room or closet space available for her clothes. She ended up basically living out of her suit case on the floor of the entire week. The pictures of the food and drinks posted on the website you dont even receive at all. Your lucky to get any type of food at all or even in a timely manor. The rooms are on the second floor which which there is no mention of stairs in their website or when you talk to them over the phone. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly, there is no walk in shower which you would think makes sense after surgery. You have a tub with a shower that is high, witch requires you to lift your legs up high to get into. One of the owners has a 4 years old child that runs around and makes noise, so a bit hard to get the proper rest. The vehicle they use to transport patients is very small. You need to try and lay down in the back seat with your legs all twisted. NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. They are NOT certified in any way. Not nurses or CNAs so you dont get the proper care that you require. In fact one of the owners likes to get high, so she just would go eat and eatables and be zoned out for a few hours. Please be aware of their pictures that post showing their facility. Its not what you think at all. Asked for a partial refund and was told no. Not even offered $1.00. Look elsewhere PLEASE

I will not recommend anybody to go to this recovery house. The house is not clean at all and the house has over 25 to 30 steps. Food is horrible and very salty. Also, it's a 4 year old living in the house and makes alot of noise frequently. I also had to babysit the 4 year old due to she was left home by herself by her mother and aunt that runs the business. You do not get good food your suppose to have after surgery. The bathroom upstairs is unsafe and very dirty and out of 6 days I never seen it get clean not even once. Transportation is done out of 2 small cars which is unsafe and very dangerous. If u are over 5,6 u will not fit to lay down and your legs are against the door and windows. The website is very falsely and none of them are certified as nurses or cna. Please pick another recovery house. You will be disappointed

I do not recommend this place at all. I booked this home based on all the positive reviews. 1st day there I was picked up in a very small car and had to lay with my legs folded up and on the door very uncomfortable coming directly out of surgery. The home is an hour away from my surgery center. The owner has a small child there 24/7 which makes it hard to rest especially first day post op. My 1st night I passed out, I was told that the child was playing & dancing all around my body while I was unconscious. I was also told that 1 of the owners Lolo was talking shit about me while i was passed out, saying I gave her a bad vibe because I passed out, bitch really?!? Tf!!! Like I did it on purpose or something. Neither of the owners are certified nurses or cnas. When I came to I laid on the couch. The owner took my vitals and said they were normal but when another pt asked what the normal range was she didn't know. After I woke up no one had even tried to call an ambulance or the hospital at all. They just left me passed out and put me on the couch. Me being a nurse I took a record of my own vitals & symptoms and decided not to go to the hospital because it seems that it was orthostatic hypotension mixed with pain meds that caused it. (Even tho I was never asked if i wanted to go to ER, like it wasn't even offered). Also there are stairs, a lot of them that leads to all the rooms on the third floor. You go up like 5-6 stairs then they turn and you go up some more and there's the living area and kitchen. Then to get to the 3rd level it's like 20 stairs and 2 turns on those stairs. All the patients rooms are on the 3rd level. Very dangerous for post op patients. Bathroom was dirty the entire stay except for the last day. The shower is not walk in. You have to step over and into a tub to get in the shower. Very dangerous for post-op patients. The food is god awful. The portions are for a child not even adult portions & you don't get seconds. A lot of the meals I skipped because they were not healthy at all. Most of the food was processed or salty af. We only had salad one of the 6 days I was there. One of the girls bought $100 of food using her own funds and the cooking was still subpar. For breakfast one day we were served eggs with cut up hotdogs scrambled into the eggs. They don't offer choices for the meals so if u don't like it u just don't eat or u buy your own food. One day it was almost 9pm and no dinner. The snacks were not healthy at all we hardly had any fruit the whole time we were there. We actually walked to the corner store and bought some fruit ourselves. Fridge is super cluttered and filthy dirty, there's like some ranch or something wasted in the door condiment holder of the fridge. It was there when I arrived & still there when I left. Kitchen constantly dirty. Sink always had dirty dishes in it. They never cleaned the bathroom. We were literally bleeding all over the bathroom and trying to wipe it up with wipes and towels. Not once was the bathroom disinfected. Bathroom trash always overflowing and we constantly had to ask for tissue because we kept running out. They would only give us one roll at a time. One day we didn't get lunch at all because one of the owners said she was tired from doing massages and asked us to order food which they did not reimburse us for. But what really pissed me off was, the owner's behavior changed right before these two Canadian girls got there. That was the first and only time she cleaned that bathroom. Then the morning after they got there she actually served fruit for breakfast I was shocked and little champagne flutes with strawberries at the top real fancy I was like damn, well fuxk us then hun. She was only trying to impress them. It pissed me off because that was my last day and also the only day we got a salad. Hardly any vegetables with meals. I think before the salad we had vegetables in one other meal (broccoli). Oh there was spinach in the cut up hotdog scrambled eggs fiasco. The massages are super painful. My first massage was so bad I couldn't even finish. One of the other girls had already said she felt like the girl who does the massages do them very painful on purpose so you'll quit before your 45 minutes is up. I had to take several breaks and at the 30 minute point she was like do you wanna go ahead and stop we can add your other 15 minutes to another day (which she never did) so I quit, I couldn't stand the pain. Also felt like she had an attitude because she had to stop playing the video game to do my massage. The one with the daughter is actually super nice and warm and welcoming. The one doing the massages has a bad attitude and always frowned up, not welcoming at all. I definitely do not recommend. The tub and stairs alone is dangerous for any post-op patient.
