Beyond The Soap

I would never want to hurt anyone's business, but what happened to my daughter today is totally unacceptable. She was coerced into the store to try a sample by some woman. Then their beyond aggressive sales people made her feel so uncomfortable that she made the purchase, even after telling them multiple times, this isn't in my budget right now, I will come back another day. She left the store hysterically crying and having buyer's remorse. She went back and Samuel told her he could not refund her and gave her a paper with an email address. She called me feeling so defeated and disappointed in herself, let alone she felt completely taken advantage of. I, immediately started making phone calls. Oz from the store did call me back right away saying to send her back and they would give her a full refund, however, he kept throwing out there that no one FORCED her to make the purchase. Please read the reviews below, because I see she hasn't been the only victim to these sales monsters. Please do not shop here.

Do not buy from this company. Literally held hostage in the store. High pressure and aggressive sales tactics. Pressured into a purchase and had immediate buyers remorse. In accordance with their return policy, I have been trying to return merchandise and no one is returning calls, texts or emails. Attempted calling their other stores and the man who answered said I had a wrong number. The aggressive saleswoman even claimed their products were FDA approved which was a total bogus claim. Im angry with myself for allowing myself to be bullied into a purchase. Disreputable business scammed.
