I love Pam, my stylist, from Sullo. She is a master at blonde highlights and creates the best contrast and placement of them. My bangs look especially great with a pop of blonde streaks. I have thick hair. She is patient with the time it takes . The results are amazing.

Love this salon, the staff is very professional and friendly. I go to Pam who does wonders to my hair. Pam has given me the best highlights I have ever had and I lived in NYC and South Beach. I walk in there feeling not so hot and leave there feeling gorgeous. Try Pam for great style and color, shes the best!

I had a bad experience at a different salon a few months back and moved to Fort Lauderdale and had Sullo recommended to me from someone who had their hair rescued from previous disasters at different salons so I knew I was in the right place. Having blonde hair can always be risky and I sometimes has a time length, hair stylist cannot always perform miracles. I thought I would have to get a baliage to ween myself from being blonde which made me sad. But the lovely receptionist had fully understood where I was at and recommended me to their blonde specialist Heather. Heather was a absolute blessing and earned my trust immediately and she ensured me that I could fulfill my blonde dreams again. She has a wealth of knowledge and and experience and was so much fun to talk to as well. Her assistant working under her was attentive and kind and also did an amazing job learning along the way. We did all the conditioning treatments and they were very attentive to detail and the health of my hair, and clearly communicated answered all my questions. They literally performed a miracle in my eyes. I really enjoyed the energy of this whole Salon and would definitely recommend 20/10 to all the blondies out there that you will be in great hands. I had walked out of there feeling like a Goddess and it has changed my confidence. I will definitely be going back without question.

Excuse the poor review; it was actually my mistake for choosing to go to this salon without knowing any better. (Spoiler alert: I ENDED UP LOOKING LIKE A ZEBRA, GOT CHARGED ALMOST TWICE THE PRINTED PRICE, AND WAS SOLD A USELESS SHAMPOO TO FINDING MY HAIR WITHOUT VOLUME AND EASILY SHEDDING EXCESSIVELY SOON AFTER) Upon walking in, I was first seated with a young woman, who I showed the photo (of what I wanted, which was a light ash brown), to which she said after a glimpse of it that I would have to have my whole head bleached and then dyed the lighter brown color. She then says that she doesn't have time for this and has to go to a game, so I was put at another station, where the man showed me a book of hair models and asked which one I liked and I pointed out, but clarified that I wanted a light ash brown that looked kind of gray. The hair colorist showed me scalp-burning and scalp-scalding photos of people who have attempted bleach their hair at home unsuccessfully and had to go to the emergency room and says that's what happens when people try to do their hair at home. I WAS THEN TOLD TO SIGN A PAPER THAT SAYS THAT IF IT COMES OUT WRONG, IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALON. This itself should be a red flag. But I was convinced of the wonderful reviews and photos that I saw on the internet at the time, so I went ahead and took my chances. Since I didn't know too much about hair coloring at the time, I didn't know that blonde highlights were being applied to my hair. So after more than four hours, that's been demystified. No, my hair wasn't completely bleached and then had a lighter shade of gray-toned brown applied to it like another hair colorist initially said; I just had my old warm brown hair color with BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS THAT WERE THICK AND MADE ME LOOK LIKE A ZEBRA! I was exhausted as it was near sunset and I was hungry to say the least, and didn't have it in me to be as enraged and disappointed as I was afterwards (and that wouldn't have been of any use anyway) at the time because I was just shocked to the point of almost having a loss of words. I just told my hair colorist that I would have liked it to be more of an ash brown that is a gray-ish brown (as I've initially showed in the photos that I saved to show at the salon), to which he then showed me a small bottle of shampoo, which costs $35 and SAID THAT IF I USE THIS SHAMPOO, I WILL ACHIEVE THE COLOR THAT I WANT. I said that that's kind of expensive for a shampoo and that I can find a shampoo that can work similarly elsewhere (I was planning on going to TJ Maxx or Marshalls across the intersection). He persuaded me that the other shampoos won't be effective and that only this will help me to get rid of the warm blonde in my hair, so I took it. I was charged nearly $300 when the highlights in the brochure at the front desk said $150! Instead of bleaching the entirety of my hair, which would've been one price for making it blonde (which I didn't want and repeatedly clarified that), I was charged almost twice the price because I had highlights and they bleached it. First off, I DIDN'T ASK FOR THESE HIGHLIGHTS and secondly, HIGHLIGHTS ARE USUALLY DONE WITH BLEACH, so I shouldn't have to be CHARGED for highlights and bleach AS IF THEY WERE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. I guess because bleaching my hair and the applying an ash brown to it like the initial colorist said (who left work early) would've resulted in a lower price, so THEY DID WHAT THEY COULD TO SQUEEZE MORE MONEY OUT OF ME, NEVERMIND WHAT I ASKED FOR. On top of the nearly $300 bill was the $35 shampoo that DIDN'T TONE down my hair to an ashy brown and also didn't get rid of the warm golden blonde highlights, which, after the complete use of it, left my hair AN ORANGEY HUE WITH A WASHED OUT BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS LOOK THAT FADED TO ALMOST CAMOUFLAGE WITH MY UNBLEACHED CHUNKS OF WARM BROWN HAIR! As if that wasn't bad enough, ever since then, I've been having my hair shed excessively in the shower, so I've no choice but to sport greasy hair oftentimes & am now looking to buy ritlecitinib to grow back my hair.
