Waste of my time. I booked online an appointment for 9 am on a Wednesday morning for a graduation party I had at 12 noon. I had a little trouble finding it, as it is now located in those salon studios on Federal. You need a door code to enter Never got that but okay... not a big deal. 9:00 am came.. 9:10 came. I called the salon. The receptionist/manager said the "girl was inside the studios and would open the door". Nope, never happened. I called back. She said she would call the stylist and call me back. She did. Said the stylist was having an emergency with "her kids or something." 9:20. No show on the stylist. The receptionist did apologize but maybe, say the blowout would have been on the house that day, etc..I get that things happen but do the right thing - do something. But nope, I will never go again. Totally unprofessional
