Amazing workout in the boxing/arms/HIIT 45 minutes class. I take classes to work out like this - harder than I ever would on my own. I was only here for a visit with my folks, otherwise I would for sure return for more.

The Office 954, is the best workout studio in the entire South Florida region. Ive been to many high-end boutique studios in different parts of the country, and I can say this place tops them all!! Jamie, the owner of the studio has designed something so unique that its even worth driving an hour back and forth or longer. One big reason is that this place has it all for any male or female, looking to get into the healthiest and most toned shape physically and mentally possible.
I dont write many reviews about gyms/studios because many of them are way over hyped but not this place, this spot is a hidden gem

Our family was visiting Fort Lauderdale for a week and The Office was a block from our vacation rental.
My wife and I went to a class each morning of our trip and it was an awesome way to start each day!
Very welcoming people and great trainers at the gym. High energy classes with lots of variety.
We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!

The Office is the coolest boutique fitness studio. Very clean, fun lighting, and knowledgeable fitness staff. The trainers know what they are doing, take fitness seriously, and make sure you are maintaining proper form and using the correct technique while exercising. Office classes are so transformative, I saw results after a week. Ive also done Jamie Maitlands 21 DAY RESET program and I'm really, really happy with my body transformation! It would be impossible for me to give Jamie Maitland and The Office a higher recommendation, the level of experience and the care put into training at the Office are on another level.
