        I love this office. They are very accommodating and thorough. I feel like they listen and are just a very knowledgeable and caring office

        In the past they have been great. As of late it seems as though they have lost that caring feeling. They will tell you one thing in the office and do not follow through. I was instructed as to how important it was to get on a new medication as soon as possible and they would call it in. A day later its still it called in to pharmacy so I followed up with the office. As its a Friday before a 3 day weekend and after the doc emphasized starting the new meds asap I once again asked. I was assured it would be taken care of by end of the day. Guess what. It is 7 pm on Good Friday and what was promised was not done. FFS, if youre not going to do what you say just write the bloody prescription and Ill fill it Incredibly patient focused. Damian and all staff seem to be genuinely interested in providing a level of service rarely experienced. Even going above and beyond the industry standard.

        I have no issues with the Nurse Practitioner. The Office Manager Jenny is a nasty, rude person.She needs phone skill training. She will talks over you, constantly interrupt and has no regard for the patient. She acts as if she is the doctor with no compassion and starts arguments. This is not acceptable.
