In late November we thought every detail about this nursery was great - plant inventory, location, ample premises and professional assistance from employees like Julia. However the Manager (Alexandra) does the company a disservice with her disastrous attitude towards customer service. Her condescending attitude and know it all behavior will prevent us from future purchases and from referring the company to our social network. One of the purchases we made among the almost $7,000.00 bill was a cedar tree which even after repeated efforts to restore health died. My husband contacted her to avail the possibility of replacing it with another tree and was met with hostility and a lecture on not being able to care for the tree. We have had decades of experience looking after our greenery and felt insulted by her treatment.

Terrible customer service. The manager Alexandra hung up the phone on me because I asked for credit because the team was NOT able to provide me with the grass I bought and paid for the installation of the entire pallet. They told me that they were going to give me a loan and the manager called me after 3 days to treat me badly and tell me that they were not going to give me a loan when an employee of theirs told me that THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE IT TO ME. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Rudeness to a customer who was not rude is NEVER justified, hanging up on a customer? It leaves a lot to be desired from you. I regret the $1,000 I invested in this business. This contact was sent to me from a group that recommends the best providers in Florida, I will make sure to remove them from these recommendations.
