I was looking to get flowers with delivery for my friends birthday whos living in Miami! I live in NY GIGI studio was so quick with their response, helped me to place an order. I also messed up on dates, so they were very cooperative to switch delivery to another date. They sent me pictures of my bouquet before snd kept me updated on delivery. My friend didnt expect it, so it all was a secret mission. Definitely will order again and will recommend the shop!

Beautifully simple and unique flower arrangement with by far the most exceptional customer service. There was a technical issue with my order which was acknowledged and addressed asap by their staff along with a generous bouquet for my loved one who was astonished by the flowers and their quality packaging.
