        Naya (front desk receptionist ) was very friendly from the start. My girl and I been staying here for a couple weeks. She waved the late fee for us twice. Has helped us more than any hotel receptionist has. Would definitely recommend staying here. Location right off 95 with a 7/11 across the street very convenient. Also idk remember his name but he booked and paid for our stay for a week because we dont get paid till the next day. I dont know anyone else who would do that but a good Christian man (think he was Maintenance worker) thank god their are still decent people in this world

        This is was by far the worst hotel experience I've had. They literally when they knock on the door they ask u to see your phone to scan for linings. But they are actually giving themselves great reviews. So most of the reviews are the manager writing them herself. The manager is very disrespectful she's good she curses alot. She's very disrespectful. She talks to the guest however she wants. They will not change your sheets or anything for u if u are staying awhile. They lie and say they don't have a broom when one is needed. Just very unprofessional. And if I see this review nit be posted and get deleted like the other two I wrote. I'll be calling corporate. And complaining.

        Room 234 had bad odor , also the manager grabbed my phone and scanned their QR code to do their own review on theirselves and give them good reviews , you have to pay for 24hours internet service which is $2 an hour !!! The manager is rude she cusses people out tell them they cant sit in front of their own room they their paying for ! Nor will let anybody talk outside in front of their room door ! I wouldnt recommend going here ! Only this one on north Andrews cypress ! Any other extended stay is wayyyy better and will take good care of you !
