I was on a trip in Fort Lauderdale for 3 days and I wanted to clean two shirts. I had oil stains on it, something like that. I reached this shop on Thursday morning, saying that my flight is on Saturday at 2 pm and I need my shirt back max on Saturday morning, I also said that, if it's not enough time, he can skip the iron part, I just wanted my stains off and, if its not possible, its ok, I can try an other shop because I had just two days. The guy was nice, he asked his team and came back to me saying that I can come tomorrow morning to take it. I asked for the price and he said around 17 dollars for the two shirts. So I left the shop happy! I came back on Friday morning and he gave me my two shirts. The pink one was perfect but the white one was still dirty. They told me if I want it perfectly clean, I need to wait until Monday ( which was not an option, they knew it). So I said I cannot. They told me I can come back when I am back, but I didn't plan to come back. After that, suddenly ly, it wasn't about the time they needed but just " yes we did our best we cannot do more". And they made me pay for both the shirts, even it wasn't clean! I use the dry cleaning service to get my stuffs clean. If it not, why am I paying? Plus I was clear about the time! For me, this is so unprofessional! I definitely not recommend this shop. The job is not done and the commercial part is bad.
