Jade Ocean Dry Cleaners

Honestly have given this place a chance time after time. Today was the cherry on top. Picked up 2 scarves. One was not cleaned nor pressed and the was given back to me and I noticed when i arrived home. I called back and the owner said no problem, we're open till 7pm come back a bit before and we can fix it for you. I arrive now (3:06pm) and the gentleman turned me and said sorry machines are off. It's 3:06pm, and they don't close till 7? I had him call the owner because that's what I was guaranteed and sure enough the owner requested that was the right thing to do. He then told me it would take 30 minutes and I told him forget it as I had a flight and I expressed that this morning when I called with my concern originally. Just lost a customer due to a simple request of pressing which should have already been done the first time. Then that same gentleman suggested that the scarves style was meant to be crimped this way. Disappointing. The owner is very kind, but the gentleman at the front desk should be terminated if he were my employee. He needs a 101 on how to deal with customers. I really really hate to do this, but I would not recommend Jade Ocean Cleaners. they close at 3 oclock on Saturdays and I got there at 3:02 and the guy came to the door and would not give me my tux shirt for a wedding an hour later. I offered him $100 cash and he said no. theres an element to being in business where occasionally you have to go the extra yard or one minute out of your way or maybe even to turn your computer back on to help someone in a jam. But Jade Ocean Cleaners? The guy in the scraggly goatee wouldnt take a moment to help his fellow man even for an extra hundred dollar bill. Im not sure what it says about him and his business but it does say something.

I stop going. Consistently had to go over with my own iron. Work shirt sleeves(per my request)lacking creases which is required for working dining room. I dislike ironing but unable to get my dry cleaning done correctly.
