Pharmacy was great and quickthey were very busy and I wasnt feeling good at all. They got me my medicine in a timely manner and I was on my way. Not one bad thing to say about this place!

I recently went to fill a prescription at the pharmacy and experienced the worst possible customer service I can recall in any institution. The first tech at the drop off window took my prescription, lazily said shed never heard of the medication, and then asked her manager who said the same before coming back to tell me they didnt have it. I asked politely if she would search for it in the computer, and the tech ignored me, walked back behind the pill sorting counter, and wouldnt talk to me at all. No desire to help, no communication. I asked to speak with the manager, Kristina Parrilla, who, with an annoyed tone, came to the consultation window to state they didnt have the medication. When she noticed I had a coupon in my hand for it, she said in a condescending tone, Is that a coupon? Why didnt you just give them the coupon with the prescription? Are you just trying to make our jobs harder? When I told her this wasnt how to speak to a customer, she said it was a joke, then went back to the computer before finding the medication in the system. She then tried to make an excuse that the tech couldnt read the name of the medication and thats why they didnt help in the first place, when in fact, the medication was very legible on the Rx, I had verbally given them the name of the medicine and tried to discuss with the tech who ignored me. When I informed Kristina about the rude experience with the tech, she said it was cultural differences, and tried to fault me for not handing them the coupon at the start. She then made an excuse about them being overworked. This all could have been avoided by simply saying, We cant read the name on the prescription, can you clarify the name, followed by typing a single word in their computer system. What a terrible, terrible experience. This CVS and the pharmacy staff should be ashamed of themselves. My only mistake was asking them to fill a prescription and was ignored and disrespected for it. Lesson learned.
