Horrible customer service. Was definitely shorted with my kratom powder purchase, and they basically said I was lying about it. Didnt even offer an apology. They claim they have lab results but none are to be found anywhere. Trash company. I found a much better vendor for kratom so I will stick with the new vendor.

Best company I have ever ordered from. They have the best quality delta 8 and THC-O products on the market!!! My mother just got diagnosed with stage four cancer, and has been suffering from so much pain that no pain killers would help. Once she tried the ThC-O cart her pain went away for hours she said it was a miracle, and we appreciate this company with all our hearts for helping. Since you guys couldnt care less and respond to my emails I went ahead and canceled all future recurring purchases I made a order and half my stuff wasnt even shipped I tried to email but no one seems too care
