        This store is amazing. My new go to for Nordstrom rack. The staff here is really whats makes this store such a good shopping experience. Star rang me up the first visit I had here and was so pleasant, Olivia helped me with a return today and wow I mean when I say your experience purchasing is as pleasant returning is something you dont always come across. Truly above and beyond to help me find a dress I wanted even though it was unlikely to be at the store they checked anyway and found it! I worked as a regional merchandiser & trainer for retails stores for 17 years so trust me when I say SHOP at this location. Thank you to the staff here for their exceptional customer service.

        Bought a pair of shoes went out of town. Came back. First night I wore the shoes they fell apart. I took them back. It was over the days of the policy. So they had to give me a gift card instead of my credit card. I understand policy's but it wasn't my fault so I think they should of made a exception. I wanted the shoes I would of never return them if they didn't fall apart.
