I was referred to Dr Cook via my dentist for work on my gums. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted as a valued client even though it was my first time. Excellent!
The peri assistant greeted me and prepared me for my appt with enthusiasm and a willingness to be there. That is not always the case in medical / dental practices.
Then it was time to meet Dr Cook and it was like meeting an old friend. His demeanor and positivity was off the charts and appreciated.
Dr Cook explained the procedure and timeline which was helpful.
The actual procedure took about 15 min and the pain was almost non existent.
When I got home and shared my experience with my wife, she informed me that Dr Cook worked on her teeth as well. Her experience was similar to mine so there you go.
I hope I dont have to go back too often but not because the experience was bad but because my dental health is on a good track thanks to Dr Cook.

Sadly this office can't even return your call or emails! They told me they did a procedure many many times that my daughter needed done but yet they would not even give me a ball park cost being they did so many of these procedures. Only wanted to get me in for a consultation FEE. I was told to email them my Xray images of my daughters tooth and yet they never responded. Followed up with 2 emails and no response then followed up with a call to be told the doctor feels I should go somewhere else! How do you like that customer service can't even have the professionalism to respond to you. They only want consultation fees and yet your told the doctor has done many many procedures like that but he doesn't have an estimate!

Dr. Cook is very attentive and caring. He explains in great detail the reasons for the problem and why he is going to solve it in a certain way. And he spares no time for his patients. Highly recommend!

Dr.Cook for calling me back today & address ARLENES issue
Dr. Cook was recommended by my primary doctor.
With Dr Cook I only spoke once and he kindly explained that he did not need to see me, since my problem was not in the gums, he recommended me to continue my dental cleaning in his office with his hygienist MARIANA, who is very nice, like the ladies at reception except ARLENE, who takes the right of charging and billing the insurance something different for which one was attended. She is a rude and unpleasant person and because of her I will not see Dr. Cook again.
