I just finished my x-rays & cleaning with Grace, who was amazing! Im excited for todays whitening treatment with Lyreece,, as well. Ive had Botox, Dysport, and Collagen Threads from Dr Patty previously, with beautiful, natural results, smoothing wrinkles and some deep smile lines, rounding out my cheeks again. We did filler on my lips about 3 weeks ago and now that the swelling has settled down, my youthful pout has been magically restored! Im thrilled with the amazing care Ive received over several visits now. Everyone working here at Dr. Pattys Dental Boutique & Spa makes you feel like youre the most important client theyve ever had. Even though its clearly such a busy, successful practice, everyone here makes the time to assure your comfort and answer questions.

In 2023, I made the choice to use Dr. Patty's dental office for porcelain veneers. Dr. Nelly performed the procedure, and while the veneers turned out okay, unfortunately, my gums did not turn out good, they became inflamed afterward. What's more, I experienced an unexpected bite issue that I'd never dealt with before; it was pretty frustrating and painful. Whenever I bite down, the bottom teeth would hit the top teeth. I never ever had an issue like this prior to coming here. And it caused me to have severe tooth pain in a few of my teeth. When I reached out to Dr. Patty about these problems, I was hoping for some understanding, especially considering the amount I money i spent at her office for the procedure. Instead, I was met with quite a shock. Dr. Patty told me straight up that I'd need another $6,000 worth of dental work to prevent the $30,000 I'd already spent from going down the drain. It felt like a slap in the face, especially since none of these potential issues were mentioned before the procedure. She literally said, "She hates to be the bear of bad news, but I am going to need about $6,000 more of dental work if I don't want the other $30,000 of dental work to be ruined." When I asked why I wasn't informed about this beforehand, she simply responded, "It was probably a bigger pill to swallow, and that's why the dentist didn't tell me." I decided to get a second and third opinion from other dentist in the area, they assured me that all the extra work Dr. Patty recommended wasn't necessary at all. Another thing that happened during all of this, the dentist was shaving down one of my veneers because she said that would fix the bite issue. When she shaved the veneer, she damaged one of my veneers. So I asked them to fix the veneer being that it wasnt my fault and I didnt pay for a damaged veneer. Getting it fixed turned into a real ordeal too. Initially, Dr. Patty said that she would fix it for free if I got the other work done. And I told her I do not think the other work will be necessary, and she finally agreed to fix the veneer for free. I've called the office multiple times (more than 4), and every time, they promise to call me back after speaking with the dentist. But, unfortunately, those calls never come. And let's not forget the unnecessary comment Dr. Patty made about a nose job I'd hadit felt completely out of place and unprofessional. On top of all this, the billing situation was a headache. Every time I went in for a cleaning, the bill would be significantly higher than what I was originally quoted. When I questioned it, they'd add on extra charges without giving me a heads-up. Overall, my experience at Dr. Patty's office was not a good experience for me. It felt like they cared about making as much money off me as they possibly could rather than my well-being, and that's not something I'd recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Cant even write honest reviews about the business without the owner (or whoever is in charge of media) responding to you publicly with specific details about your case. Maybe a HIPAA seminar is in order for the staff?? Maybe not the business to support if you like privacy.

Sydney, a 1 star review? You came to our office after having veneers placed in another country. Your teeth were over-prepped with leaky margins, your gums were paintball red, swollen and bleeding, and you had cavities around almost all those veneers. Most importantly, you had your veneers made bigger than your actual teeth and to open your bite to place larger anterior veneers, that dentist placed, literally, balls of composite on your molars to open your bite to place these larger veneers. We do this when clients are in braces--thats usually 1-2 years. Dr. Nelly took off the veneers you had, cleaned it up and only replaced what you had with quality veneers. They were already over-prepped and too deep under your gums--we cant correct this unless you do an additonal surgery that costs additional money and therefor you could still have continued bleeding. You were extremely happy with your results (You never took a moment to write us a 5 star review at that time)--then you were having a bite issue on the side where your ball of composite was missing that was placed by the other dentist. You spent 28K, not 40K as mentioned in your review.. just to show how you're exaggerating and not being honest about what has actually happened. You are upset about the truth: YOU CANT OPEN A BITE LONG TERM WITH BALLS OF COMPOSITE. Your bite is closing on that side due to hyper-eruption and Dr. Nelly kept adjusting the spot you were hitting on that veneer until it got to thin and was then a different shade. You were promised it would be replaced but the recommendation was for you to get the back teeth done properly with crowns for long term stability or the same thing could happen again and it wouldn't be replaced complimentary a 2nd time. This would cost additional money as we can't correct others mistakes and give you free crowns. You were encouraged to get other opinions. Any Dr doing full mouth rehabs would 100% inform you that you need crowns on those back teeth for long term stability of your bite. You either didn't get second opinions, went to a Dr who doesn't work in this realm of work or you went to a Dr who "only wanted your money" and just re-did the same thing. No one is trying to take your money, instead only keep you informed of where you are based on what you presented with. You're mad about the truth and you now feel it necessary to rate our business a 1 star because you made a decision to have veneers done in another country and now are dealing with the consequences of how they were done. We have only tried to help you sort our what was started. You weren't informed by Dr Nelly about this because it wasn't the top priority when you presented. When you presented with a new issue, this was what was determined. Again, Dr. Patty promised you that whether or not you got the additional work done or not, with us or not, she would replace the veneer at no cost, but only informed you of what could the long term results were for what you had going on. This 1 star review is completely unwarranted. You were happy with the results of what you asked for! Also Syndey, you've literally missed 5 scheduled appointments for when that tooth was supposed to be re-done in our office and you've missed several cleaning appointments after you'd even confirmed these appointments. We wish you the best and long term you will remember that conversation with Dr. Patty who saw you at no cost for a complimentary exam to take the time to explain what is happening and what will happen as you go into your 30's and 40's. Any comments mentioned about your nose was her gathering information on your health, smile, profile etc and you turning that around into something else is a shame.
