        NOT a place that take care of the residents. Place was nice the staff was nice until Greystar management took over the staff and property manager are rude do not handle issues they allow contractors to live in the appartments (25 PEOPLE IN ONE UNIT) while doing a job (This is how they do business!) and let them take over the place and resident are left living a nightmare or to pick up a large TOW bill over the contractors GREYSTAR invited in they park in paid spots they drink and smoke all night and then park in your PAID spot like they own it and your car towed and have to pick up the bill call leasing office and you get no assistance and zero refund. What I did get was someone talking over me and making excuses RUN AND DO NOT WALK!

        This managmeent company is pure trash. I have to move out of my building because a job did not work out and I am looking to move to another Greystar property, and they will not work with me on the lease break, or deposit for the new building. This company is a bunch of crooks. Do not rent from any of their properties.

        I would rather eat a denim jacket than ever reside at an another Greystar property. Living at Eurus at Miramar has been the worst resident experience Ive ever had.
