Car wash is never working, employees inside dont know how to give refunds. Why offer car wash on broken machines, then have no way for refunding those credits

HORRIBLE station! Credit cards at the pump dont work, and device to keep pump running so you dont have to hold the handle down was broken too!

This owner is very rude and unprofessional my wife had a minor accident there, while she was trying to communicate with him he raised his voice and keep harassing her that he was going to call the cops. She was not going anywhere she was in her company vehicle and was trying to solve the problem. This owner is rude and should not be representing shell as a franchise owner. Dont put gas or buy here.

Worse of all shell stations... old guy inside very rude. Got a car with no soap took a picture of the barrels both empty. They would not give me a refund. saying, there is nothing wrong with the car machine so they don't have too and he said my car looked clean to him. For almost 3 weeks not one drop of soap in the barrel.. Fuel rewards is a hit and miss. Stopped 6/17/23 no fuel reward and when i ran my debit card just kept saying ( Authorizing) then to (wait a moment) then back to main screen. Tried 2 pumps 3 times later left and went across the street to 7 eleven no issues there...

The owner is rude a friend of mine had an accident t a this gasoline station came out screaming and harassing her that he was going to call the cops and she was just trying to communicate with him to help fix the problem and he just keep on screaming and being rude. Do not put gas or buy here.
