Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Tartack, I suffered from low back pain and lower body stiffness. Dr. Tartack was recommended to me by a good friend of mine, to help diagnose and correct the cause of my lower back pain and stiffness. During the initial consultation, I explained to him my difficulty concerning my lower back pain and overall lower body stiffness in my hip flexors and hamstrings. Dr. Tartack took the time to diagnose the problem, adjust my spine into alignment, as well as recommend certain stretches and exercises to help maintain my flexibility. After about of year of being a patient of Dr. Tartack, Ive noticed a substantial decrease in lower back pain and stiffness. In addition, for those isolated cases where I happened to injure my lower back whether it be at the gym or working around the house, Dr. Tartacks chiropractic adjustments provided me nearly instant relief, rather than taking OTC pain medication and waiting about 10 days to fully recover. I have been to a number of chiropractors in the past and Dr. Tartack is by far the most effective, competent, professional, honest, and knowledgeable practitioner I have ever met. Third times the charm! Or third chiropractic office is the charm. Dr. Tartack is the third chiropractor Ive seen since moving here three years ago. The first place was one of those chain places and you never knew which doctor you were going to get. And the second doctor didnt listen to me at all and gave some odd advice on how to deal with my back pain. After reading some reviews, I decided to give Dr. Tartack a try. He remembers who I am, he takes time to listen to me when it comes to my pain, history and what seems to be helping or not helping he is open to trying new techniques and has everything he needs in his practice to make sure youre getting the most thorough care. My fianc also has pain from previous injuries so I sent him to Dr. Tartack. He and I are both very happy with his care and will continue to be regulars at this practice.
