I came to this location thinking I would start a membership. When I walked in there was a girl slumped in her chair who looked miserable and two other (Drs maybe) who were sitting on their phones. I said I was new and she said Do you want to schedule a time to come back? So Im confused and I ask if they are too busy because I can wait. She replies no but the other computer isnt working so cant take your info. So I said no thank you and left. Really strange customer service. I realize things happen but I would have at least asked for my information or explained why I couldnt have an appointment before just saying do you want to schedule an appointment. It was weird and unfortunately they lost out on a membership. The girl at the front looked like she could really care less about anything and unfortunately I never got the chance to give anyone else the opportunity.
