I been to a lot of Wingstop store and by far this store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and nice the store manager Shirena is very welcoming love this store

The laziness is real. I got there an hour before closing and ordered 40 peace combo. The kitchen crew started to roll their eyes as the cashier was taking our order and said we cant make any more food. The cashier then said that theyll be able to make it and finished taking our order. The manager whos name is Kaitlyn (something along those lines) came up to the cashier with poor manners and customer service staying you didnt hear anything I said did you? I told you we cant make that many we can only do 15. This is after one of the employees said they couldnt fulfill our order at all. I understand we came an hour before closing, but the customer service was poor, with no consideration for us as the customers. Then we asked the manager for her name and she ignored us after asking 3 times she still failed to answer our question and finally said well make you the order, as in the 40 we asked. They were very attitudinal and insincere. This is all to show they were being lazy and did not want to do their job, because we got 3 different answers from 3 different employees including the manager. I dont think well be back again. The night staff there is unprofessional and the manager should probably not be a manager for the way she handled the situation.
