I have used Hi Grade Carpet Cleaning Service and my experience with them as always been A+. They are very responsive to setting up a time, especially in an emergency. They are prompt and best of all my carpets looks great when they are done. I have also had great luck with the furniture cleaning they have provided on a variety of upholstered pieces.

Had a dog that had messed our carpet and the urine had a strong odor. Hi Grade Carpet Cleaning Service came in and did a detailed clean up on the carpet. The carpet is super clean an there is no odor. The two gentlemen who came to do the cleaning were very professional. He gave us information on what he was precisely going to do. Very elated with the service.

Reliable carpet cleaning company! I hired them because they had the best price in the area and were able to accommodate my schedule on a short notice. Both guys were super friendly and professional. They showed up on time and called me 25 minutes before arrival, which was pleasant. Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend these guys. They were very professional and explained to me what they were doing . My carpet was very dirty and full of my pet's urine. They were very thorough and were able to remove all the stains.Their charges were very fair.
